| Monica is and innovative and progressive Director with over ten years of crisis and behavioral intervention education, counseling, and training experience. She is a strong and strategic thinker and team leader. She is skilled in program development, service coordination, case management, behavior management, mentoring, crisis intervention, de-escalation strategies as well as finding and accessing supportive services. She can connect with and motivate difficult youth. She has designed, implemented, and managed successful programs intended to modify behavior. Monica was awarded the 2011 Top 20 Under 40 Award by the Reno Gazette Journal for her achievements in the non profit sector. | Jeanine has over five years of experience providing basic skills training to youth in or aging out of the foster care and juvenile justice systems. She is experienced in case management, service coordination, and behavioral management strategies. Jeanine is a Certified Life Skills Instructor and has experience in ARISE lesson planing and classroom teaching. She has also designed and implemented other essential life skills curriculum including NYEP’s Employment Series. She is also a co-creator of NYEP’s Civic Engagement Series. |
Dr. Bob Quilitch |

| Howard Robert Quilitch, Ph.D., also known as “Dr. Bob”, is a Nevada licensed psychologist. He provides oversight of NYEP’s mental health services and works closely with CLP staff to develop, implement and evaluate programmining. He has trained and supervised volunteers and staff while directing community recreation centers in both Kansas City and Nevada Mental Health Institute (NMHI). He is a leader in developing and evaluating behavioral programs. Dr. Quilitch has 25 years experience preparing and teaching courses. He is the author of 28 publications and book chapters and is a seasoned researcher and writer. Dr. Quilitch is an excellent speaker having delivered nine university courses, 17 professional presentations, and 80 workshops. Dr. Quilitch has also taught seminars on the topic of promoting cooperation among children for teaching staff at 12 Washoe County Elementary Schools. Dr. Quilitch is a member of the Nevada State Psychological Association and Adjunct Professor of Psychology at the University of Nevada, Reno. |

| Americorps VISTA/ Capacity Specialist |

| Cindy is an Americorps VISTA member that is providing her third year of service to NYEP as a Capacity Specialist. She has a background in Human Resources and Office Administration. Cindy was awarded the 2011 Nevada Americorps VISTA of the Year Award and is a member of the Nevada National Service Leadership Corps. She works closely with NYEP staff to create manuals, instruction lists, and tracking tools along with helping to develop and document many initiatives that are integral to NYEP such as the Token Economy and Resident Council Systems. |
